In this talk, Micaela will share how the Python community and PyCon events have been transformative, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that has helped her grow both personally and professionally. Drawing from her own experiences, stories, her role as an organizer of PyCon PH, and witnessing the Python community in the Philippines evolve over 12 years. She will explain the unique "PyCon Magic" that makes these events so special. She will also highlight the significant role of the Python Software Foundation (PSF) in providing stability and support. The talk will explore how the combination of passionate individuals and the PSF's backing has made Python not just a programming language but a vibrant, life-changing community.
